Pebble Mill Investments, a wholly owned subsidiary of Calthorpe Estates, has submitted an outline planning application to build a new hospital, clinic and research centre on the former Pebble Mill site in Edgbaston, Birmingham.
The new proposals include up to 114,000 sq ft of space on the site of the former BBC studios which will provide accommodation for the likes of a cancer treatment centre and oral theatre suite. Pebble Mill Investments, which is owned by Calthorpe Estates, is behind the scheme which will replace already approved plans for the site.
